Peer Review Process

On receipt, submissions will normally be read by the Editor, in order to confirm that it is aligned with the Journal goals, and should proceed. Reports of research will be subjected to a blind review by two or more members of the Editorial Board according to established criteria. This process generally takes about four to six weeks, at which time authors will be notified of the status of their manuscript. Articles based on action research, literature reviews and book reviews will be reviewed by at least one of the Editors, which generally takes about two weeks, and maybe published without blind peer review.

The Editors will make the decision to publish, or not, based on the recommendations of the referees. Amendments are likely to be required in line with the referees' and Editors comments, and will be sent to the author indicating what needs to be done prior to publication.

If it is considered that a paper is not suitable for publication, it will be returned to the author(s) together with the referees feedback and Editors comments. If the paper is resubmitted then it will be returned to the original referees for comment.
